Another line of research, found in articles from the Journal of Immunology Research, suggests that taking probiotics can actually help keep our immune system in check, promoting a healthy balance of gut bacteria which can ultimately lead to better overall health.  Immune system support is of course vital to a long and healthy life.

So it seems like there might be some promising supplements out there that could help us stay a bit healthier during these tough times. Of course, it's always best to talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen, but it's definitely something worth considering.
